On Jun. 18, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (PDT) while the system maintenance is underway, your character names will not be displayed under your service account on the Pre-order Bonus code (Early Access code) registration screen on the Mog Station as well as your FINAL FANTASY XIV client.

Normally, a list of characters under your service account is shown when registering your Pre-order Bonus code, but during the above hours this list will not appear. Therefore, when registering your Pre-order Bonus code, please take extra care to confirm that you are choosing the correct service account.

If you possess multiple service accounts and cannot be sure which is the correct account you want to apply the code to without seeing the names of your characters displayed, we ask that you please wait and avoid registering your Pre-order Bonus code during the above mentioned hours.
