[LFG][semi-hardcore] DPS +PDT

Heya, i'm a long-standing player on Gilgamesh playing primarily DPS in FFXIV.
I'm currently interested in joining a solid group (pref. 7/8) for expac. and beyond.
I am motivated to play and win when it comes to HM raids for FFXIV content.

In order of preference, i'm familiar with the following classes and roles:
MNK → DRG/BRD → tank/heals, caster
I will be playing MNK as main and am currently getting my DRG to the same level so those classes and roles can be interchangeable during raid.

I'm primarily looking for a group of players with a focus on the details of play and the content of practice and winning.
Because i have a strong desire to win, my hopes are that your players have the same motivation to succeed and accomplish ingame goals.
Each role has an important part and the player to play them can always hope to improve their teamwork and gameplay.
I'm hoping the most though, that the group realizes it's better to be friendly and to understand each other & general nuances rather than disrespect, blame, or misunderstand the intentions of others.

To describe my play, I focus heavily on mechanical play, taking initiative, and trouble-shooting strategy/performances. I respect humble players who realize that "good" play is subjective and that consistency and selfless play is often the better indication of skill.
I will be crafting and melding best possible pieces for each raid patch as i believe it's worth the time and investment.
I do not get bored easily and the side effect is that I enjoy speedruns as well as experimenting a lot! Hence, i level and gear other classes to fill in the needs or to get queues faster while the playerbase shrinks later into patches.

My connection is very stable but has had a couple days of issues during these past couple years.
I often play open-mic to voice mechanics more quickly than if i were PTT, but i don't mind keeping that to minimal if the VoIP program has hotkey functions and the group doesn't require a caller to be a DPS player.

Coming from a (OG) pro-gaming background and an interest in a lot of competitive games over the years, FFXIV was always an opportunity to enjoy simpler things about games, as well as learning to have fun and how to be a better person in general.
In other words, it's a casual game that i'd like to enjoy and survive in. However, I view time in this game as an opportunity to get better as a player from multitasking or juggling internal clocks to understand mechanics better as a whole.

With all that being said i hope to find players that i can learn from and to support from the very beginning.

My availability
is all days past 5/6:00 PDT and hope to raid 3 days a week even beyond normal progression.
For opening weeks of progression before work becomes a possibility, i'll be online and ready to go until pretty much whatever times are set.

I am not making server or guild transfers part of my availability unless there's a great reason for doing so.
I have also a very skilled friend and raidmate who will be playing MNK and may be able to take part. There's a large lack of information when it comes to how this could happen, but when it comes to the double MNK composition, i view it as one of the strongest duo of damage dealers available in this game. I have a group in need of a melee and fit those times perfect however you would need to sever transfer lf you are interested I can set up an interview on a team speak with the raid leader

I appreciate everyone who took the time to approach me or answer my questions about their respective groups as i think it says something about how you're willing to put in the effort to make sure those 6 other people can live with it over the next few months.
Regarding the recent offers or the possibility to try out for any groups i've contacted:

I seem be a lot more picky than i realized and unfortunately that's grand coming from someone who's not world progression material.
