    Need help! Trying to redeem code.

    I couldn't figure out where to post this and searching google did not give me the help I needed so here I am.

    Anyway I pre-ordered the PC download version of Heavensward and I am trying to figure out why it says after I click on the PC platform "CONFIRM AGAIN Platform selection cannot be changed". It says my code is valid however I am stumped as to why it says this. I know I ordered the PC download version as that is what it says on my account. Anyone have any ideas?

    You just have to click on that button again. The confirm is you hitting the button twice, making sure that you didn't accidentally missclick your confirmation.

    Alright now it says it's redeemed. I logged into the mog station but either I am clueless or I don't know but where do I go to redeem it specifically?
