Umm, bring a Smn. 3x Painflare at 200 AoE potency>trance>Deathflare at 400 AoE potency>aetherflow>repeat.
If that's true, especially for Flare, it sucks.
Oh well, my heart was halfway towards a switch to main BRD anyway, so that just made it final =.=°
Don't spread bologna. The MP cost didn't change for Flare, it's still All on the toolbar, all MP as the cost in the description.So the first enemy hit takes 100%, second takes 90%, third takes 80%, all the way down to the fifth any anything onward that takes 50%. Also, Flare no longer states "ALL" MP, and looks like it has an actual (perhaps static) cost.
I understand nerfing the ability to do mass pulls...i dont see why they had to literally make Flare useless. It's not even worth spending MP on anymore.
There's a photo of the in-game description, but i don't want to get the person possibly in trouble.
We'll have to see how they change Fire II, but Flare will still be really, really freaking good. Holy too.

You need a minimum of 270mp for Flare.
Machinist + Bard MP regain may be required now for proper BLM rotation I guess
