The i200 pants are higher stat weight than the 210 Gordian pants. If that's the only piece you're swapping in those sets, go with eso pants. Hands down. The crit+ss outweighs the str+det gain.

Just for my own musings but wouldn't the SS weight be negated due to the diminishing return? Considering Andyman Britney is already within the SS value needed for 2.40CD. Not that having too much/more SS is a bad thing, but my way of thinking would be that its better to have more base oomf especially for actual content (i.e. savage). Hit harder with the already 'set standard' speed, than not hitting as hard with a slightly faster speed which isn't enough to add any extra moves to our rotation but maybe makes the general rotation a little more comfortable.
