I had exactly the same situation last night. But, with a lil more "information". I have been able to do the rotation with no worries with something like 620 SS. Than, last night, many of my static members were suffering with high latency spikes and, even with my WTFast saying I was in a pretty much stable 140ish ms ping, this same situation started ocurring.

By the end of the night, I was without HQ foods, and my SS droped by 8. By that time, I was able, again, to hit GK with 21sec without a problem.

That made me think of something. Is there a way that we can calculate directly how much SS someone need in order to compensate latency? I mean, X SS for 1ms.
