    I had 587 with 2.4 gcd, but it wasn't enough to be able to burn GK at 21 sec and maintain BotD. I need at least 22 sec otherwise it falls off right before I can use 4th ability.

    At this level of precision, latency/lag is a real concern. Some people might need 2.38 or so before they can cleanly get the rotation off.
