    Which is 2.15-2.13GCD for it to be a DPS gain over what er currently do.

    You could get like a whole load of people with Selene/AST buffing you to do something extreme which might allow you to do 4GKs per minute as you're saving 1GCD.
    H IDC4 P TTT4 TTT4 is what you want to do.
