Does BotD have less than 14s on CD? GK up? Use GK. Not up? Use GK second it's off cooldown

Use BotD right on cooldown. Should be in between 2nd->3rd combo, so VP-> FT, DI->CT, ETC

Use all other Cooldowns on cooldown

Is BFB within 20s on CD? Hold GK until BFB is used!

Life Surge is used on the first FT/WT/FC you get after it's available.

Have I missed anything else?

The rotation looks.. Good now, well, better. Are you sure you've applied the stats or the formulae correctly? Is there any way for you to get a PPS output, rather than DPS?

geirskogul usage is a bit more nuanced than that. need to delay 1 geirskogul in 3/4 botd uses in order to land 2 geirskoguls/bfb. it's possible to land 2 gks in every single blood for blood minus the first. geirskogul is flexible meaning given the choice you want it to execute under bfb

bfb/botd resynchronizes after every 4 botd uses. red = blood for blood. numbers = seconds

though you seem to be using a different rule for BFB (I'm casting whenever it's up).
