How to Dragoon Per Second: A DPS Paradigm

With the weights themselves, the only two buffs that make a difference are Internal Release, Battle Litany and if there's a Fey Glow/Light (which ever one it is) for Skillspeed. I also doubt Potions will make a difference.

As for food, we also have Morel Salads and Baked Pipira Pira , Which are DET, and CTR foods. I might do some Rotation testing with 2.41 and check for any inconsistencies.
