To this point, are the stat weights we have assuming GCD of 2.4? As in enough SS to reach 2.4 and then 0.098 after?

Enough to reach 2.4 GCD. Skillspeed isn't Linear for Dragoons due to DoT clipping. It hits like 0.09 once we're at 2.38GCD. 2.39 is the absolute maximum anyone of us should have.

If you plot the damage increase per point of skillspeed onto a graph, the treadline slightly curved. I guess you could say after 2.38 GCD, we encounter diminishing returns.
