I feel most comfortable using Geirskogul immediately after a FaC or WT as long as, after using FaC or WT, BotD has at least 23 seconds left on it's timer.

I do this as well, but you can still pull it off right when it hits the 22 second threshold on the dot. The problem I'm having as a DRG that is frustating are boss mechanics that forces me to lose BotD like the Minotaur in Fractal and that stupid bird boss that hides in the mist in the Neverreap dungeon.
