    the numbers are up and confirmed via various sources, looks like nothing changed from the e3 tooltips

    so
    H IDCF P TTTW repeating seems like the most popular thought right now; it feels sort of gross having to clip dis/ct at 5s+ seconds though

    it'll be interesting to see how a skillspeed stack could change the rotation up at least. with a 4th combo hit and with phleb/ht on 24s timers, dragoon TP consumption on average dropped a fair amount (from using probably the least TP of all the physical dps classes already)
