    confused about scribs lol

    im kinda dumdum sleep deprived but could some1 explain scrib system to me please...

    does all gear have a collectors rating now you can exchange for or is it only rare high tier crafting/gathering mats??

    ive been hoping u can get a wide range of high n low crafting/gatherin gear from it cause honestly my luck with over melds just plain s*cks took 25 attempts to meld a friends gear on the final meld lol didnt bother him but annoyed me he was like atleast u got the achivement nows lmao ._.
