    Have not recieved eaely acess code.

    I preordered Heavensward a couple weeks ago from Gamestop. I had been given a code to register on their website for PS3, and was told they would email me a code to enter on the PSN Store. I still have not received an email, and it's getting close to early access time. What should I do?

    PS4 received their codes Monday- i probably would contact if you have not received by tomorrow?

    Greetings, everyone!

    Sorry for the delay regarding the PSN promotion codes! We know you're all very anxious to get them registered long before early access begins. We've been working closely with Sony Computer Entertainment America and it looks as though all of our testing has been completed for the PlayStation 4 codes!

    We'll be inputting them into the Pre-order website over the weekend and once the system is given the green light they'll automatically be distributed to all of you who have been waiting so patiently for them! Current ETA for distributing the PlayStation 4 early access codes is early morning Monday.

    PlayStation 3 codes are still undergoing testing, but are scheduled to be sent in the days that follow the PS4 early access code distribution. We're still on track to deliver those ahead of early access so hang tight a bit more!

    Make that PS4 received their codes Monday if they were purchased from SE's store. Third party retailers are different. I'm not sure about Gamestop, but Amazon is saying they're not going to start giving out any Heavensward codes until the 19th.
