AK- mobs added to dead spaces. Barrier in front of first boss. Kill all gargoyles to open Demon Wall door.

Haukke HM- multiple gated rooms. Clear entire basement to get to final boss.

Brayflox HM- locked gates. kill goblins to proceed to bosses.

Hullbreaker- kill monkeys to cross bridge, stone tabs from chests with changing mimics, barriers with popup adds.

Keeper, AK HM, WP HM, Sastasha and every other 50 dungeon has been designed to prevent trash skipping.

They've been ahead of the old AK speed-deathruns for a long time. Trash will still be relevant.
