Removing EXP from dungeon critters?

Yes, rushing to the bosses will be more rewarding, but people already try to do that as much as they can, and it screws the people who are there to level, because they get much less exp.

Dunno which low level content you are talking about, but when I get a synced Tank in basically any dungeon from below lvl 40, and he pulls only one group, I just switch to Cleric stance and let my Fairy do all the healing, because is more than enough, well I can usually do that even with an unsynced tank, fairy is OP. If I add my own healing to it, I can easily keep up a synced tank tanking 3 groups of trash.
