Any tank worth their salt is already asking "exactly what" attributes, in the parry change.

Changes to other stats are announced. I fail to see how this one can't be announced...and if it's kept like this after 3.0 release, i.e. "lol test it yourself", then I seriously am going to shake my head at Yoshi-P and ask him, "WTF?"
