hi im a returning player from back when the game got released i took my dragoon to lvl 50 and then quit since playing ff14 in ps3 was a pain in the ass at least so far its been really smooth on ps4. So im kinda lost i was wondering the following things:

Should i farm fro allagan tomestones of soldiery and poetics or should i just wait for heavensward? or should i just level whenever class i want to use?

Also is there any fc willingly to help a returning player? i need to get my relic weapon i was never able to get into a pt to kill chimera.

Solidery tomes are going away - whether or not you purchase HW. IMO if you are just coming back, wait until Friday to get on. There is going to be a lot changing in the next few days.

Please note that even if you don't purchase HW, there are still going to be changes to 2.0 content - lots of good stuff for someone just returning btw.

Also, I'm sure there's a nice FC on Behemoth that would love to have you. Not sure if you looked on here yet or if you have tried Party finder, but good luck !
