Saw the Friend Request change, but no optional /tell filters or adjustments to report function mentioned. So, I guess it's back to using /busy. You're going to want /busy for the first week to a month, if not indefinitely. High server activity = more people to advertise to. Expect a significant increase of /tell spam. There's zero expectations that any ban hammer GMs will be on the prowl against RMT lol.

Also side note: SE probably still hasn't learned that "no means no"... reference to declining a Friend Request.
