Crafting question after reading patch notes

You won't be able to specialize in more than 3 jobs at this time.

I may have not made myself clear, my apoligies.

What I was questioning was, with these six new skills that specialization gives you, you no longer have to level 4 jobs to be good with 1.

Take for example I want to be a weaver, to make anything worth while, I would need to level up cul, crp, and lwr for their cross class abilities. Is this still going to be required?

Presumably, the six new specialist shared abilities (ie. Byregot's Miracle, Innovative Touch, etc) will allow you to HQ high level recipes without the use of the old cross class abilities.
