    It's a good incentive, though AND it encourages players to play on their best Jobs. You may find it stupid, but many people like this system as it guarantees everyone gets something they're after (if it drops). If something that isn't locked drops, then it's Greed only. I honestly see no downside to this.

    If a Loot Master abuses the system, report them. If someone loot ninja's what you've locked, report them.
