I pre-ordered HW, but I did not get any early access code.

I finished buying the physical copy of Heavensward (PS4 standard edition) today at GameStop. I did not get an early access code on my receipt, and the people at GS could not help me. I checked my email for codes in every folder of the inbox, and I have nothing. Someone please help. I already have my Early access days off from work and want to play those days.

Dmanx you only get early access code is you had purchased the game before June 1st it was a promotion but dont worry I have already purchased mine on may 17th and it is 2 days away and I still have my code pending its becoming a pain and I can say this much is that I dont think anyone who has purchased the playstation edition will get early access I have submitted multiple tickets and they are avoiding me like the plague they close my tickets without any notice or getting in touch with me sooo something is up because i payed for ce for the stuff and code to play early

you should have got a an 18 digit code on the 1st receipt, if not then GS should give it to you or they are lie'd to you about not being able to pull it up. cause i lost my receipt with my preorder code on it, and they pulled it up and gave it to me. now if you have that code you will need to go to the ff14 HW preorder website https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ and type in the 18 digit code there and then the early access code will be emailed to your account that is attached to your SE account

Not according to the websites I looked at that are selling it...including SE. The only dates given are for when early access starts and when the game will be launched/available normally. They all say preorder and get early access.

As to the OP and Gamestop--in the past, their codes sometimes would get emailed within an hour or so, but now they are saying it can take up to 2 days. Of course, that could mean two standard business days, so if you got it on the weekend it could mean it should be in your inbox tonight/tomorrow morning.

I had order this game on My 17th the hard copy so that doesn't apply to me I still have not got my code still shows pending

They placed the code differently then the bonus codes. Hopefully you just overlooked it
FYI: if you pre ordered the bundle pack. You do not get early access

Normally their pre order bonus codes are the last item on the receipt.



For early access code they placed it after your membership info but before their customer satisfaction schpiel.

Ps4 physical preorders got their codes via email Monday morning. They mentioned last Friday that they were still testing ps3 codes and that they would follow shortly. Hopefully sooner rather than later

Did my PC pre-order through Gamestop's website Monday night. Came home for lunch today (Wednesday) and the code was in my inbox. Registered and got my 20-digit code just now.
