    Are you planning on releasing the preliminary patch notes prior to or at the time of the read for us non Japanese speaking players?

    umm i thought he said he was going to do a live feed and translate it ... not SE releasing the actual preliminary notes on the official lodestone website / forums

    You're confusing everything.

    1) There's a Live Pre-liminary patch notes reading, which is tonight. This is in Japanese ONLY, however, the Pre-liminary Patch Notes are also being released at the same time.
    2) Live Letter from the Producer XXI is on the following day, 18th, which is Japanese Audio and English Translations.

    i am just saying there has not been any verified source saying they will be releasing the pre-liminary patch notes on lodestone / forums at the same time the JP only reading was going on. If there was I apologize.

    Like I said, Reinheart himself stated the preliminary patch notes would be going up BEFORE the live reading
