Range DPS LB confirmed?

I would hope that that massive aoe look a like is more of a single target, or it also inflicts some kind of long debuff to make it more usable because as of now i guarantee that melee dps will still be pretty much the most used lb.

It's a pretty safe assumption that it's not going to be any different for bards or machinists than the existing AoE limit break. If you start having variations like that, you'll get classes that are undesireable due to the nature of their limit break. All melee will be single target, all ranged will be AoE, all healers will have the heal/raise and all tanks will have damage reduction.

Can totally see this in the future:

Party: "Hey BLM, caster LB those adds."
BLM: "But mah deeps. Have the Bard do it."
