Suggestion: Add bonus window for different PvP Modes

With the imminent release of a new Frontlines mode in the expansion (which I am extremely excited about), the list of options for PvP content is growing. The more PvP options the better, but it has also led to another issue - the community is split on which mode to queue for resulting in longer queues and some pvp modes, for example Frontlines secure, having longer queue times and only 24-man games.

I have a suggestion for how to keep all PvP modes relevant while also keeping queue times down.

I think there should be a "bonus window" for each PvP mode that is displayed in the duty finder. During the "bonus window", that PvP option will give a small bonus reward, something like +5-10% exp and wolf marks.

I'm imagining there could be "Secure Sundays", "Slaughter Saturdays", "i80 den Fridays" or even have it change every couple hours like nexus light. Having these bonus windows will help PvP'ers naturally gravitate towards the same mode and will allow for fast queues and full games. I know my adders linkshell would go nuts every time there is a "secure bonus window" and my wolves den linkshell would start queuing in droves during the "i80 solo den bonus window".

The rewards and duration of the bonus window can obviously be adjusted and my suggestions above are just examples of what could happen!
