    Lost my Emergency password

    I have made two tickets now, no response, I haven't been able to access my account for 5 days now and I cant because of this stupid token bug with the cell phones. Whats the point of early access if you cant even play when it comes let alone prepare for it because no one will help. It's not like I don't even have all the answers to all information on my account, I have never had this much trouble ever, not with blizzard, not with Trion Rift, ever. I have had my account since 1.0 and yet I have never had this problem until I got this stupid token that keeps telling me to register even though i already have, making myself locked out. I couldn't even un sub if i wanted to.

    You will want to contact "Chat Support" or "Phone Support" (by phone there are fees, chat is free).

    Just go here and click on "Additional Assistance". Fill the form (category: software token ; lost) and explain your problem briefly.

    Copy your inquiry number somewhere, notepad for example, and get in line for chat support. Make sure that you have your personal information at hand (ie: date of birth, address, etc.) and the problem should be resolved very quickly.

    Nevermind the issue has been resolved with a quick phone call, heads up to anyone with the same problem on android, just call them and have your information handy!

    They provide you with a removal code that you are told keep copy of which allows you to remove token from your account without having to contact support.
