Open/Half Longskirts

As it seems to be a common design in the new gear sets, can we maybe have simple, craftable, dyeable half-skirts or open longskirts for both genders? Something that would look good either paired with armor or worn with lighter attire; can this be a thing?

As long as we are putting in requests, I want more long coats and/or trench coats.

Courthas is cold, so we need more warm cloathing in 3.0
