Thread: SOLDIER LF Experienced Players For 3.0+ Progression/Raid.

Hello, SOLDIER is looking for experienced players to join our FC raid team. The roles open are: White Mage, Ninja, Tank, and Caster.

Our raid times are Monday - Friday 6pm - 12am EST. Access to teamspeak is mandatory. We seek individuals who:

• Are willing to give 110% effort during raid
• Capable of dedicating hours outside of raid time for any necessary self improvement
• Able to adapt to unknown situations quickly
• Able to keep a calm, cool, and collected head in a very heated environment
• Able to give and take constructive criticism
• Open minded

Applicants must have FCOB cleared and on farm. There can be exceptions when a player is exceptionally skilled and has the right personality, but hasn't had a group capable of pulling through.

Our FC is small, but we have big goals with an undying will and determination to achieve them! We are striving for top clears with the launch of Heavensward. It is our goal to not only build and develop a well synergized team, but to develop close bonds and friendships within the group and with the FC. We seek individuals who are team players and can partake in not only raid, but other content such as primals, content sells, adventuring, FC airship crafting, ect. Should you prove to be relatively exceptional at your class, you would definitely be taken into consideration if you also meet the other requirements.
