Unable to update my email

Hi, I bought this game back in September 2013 and I used my work email. I no longer worked for the company and I just came back to the game, I still have access to the email but I want to change it to a different one just in case I no longer can access it. But I am unable to update to a new email no matter how many times I tried. I checked the spam/promotion tab and still have not received it, been trying for a week now. Is there a way I can update my email? Thank you.

I had this issue because my yahoo email was deleted due to inactivity. You will have to contact SE support via phone or online chat(I used the online chat). It took all of 5 minutes to resolve once I got in touch with a someone from SE. Be advised they will ask security questions, your old email address, etc.

ok these are the steps you will need to go to change your email address https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...n?cont=account
once you go there login if you still able to login and on the left hand side you will see update account information.
it will give u a options of

Update detailed information
Update password
Update e-mail address
Update security question and answer
Cancel Square Enix Account

check mark with orb for email and then you can update it solved
