Unable to update my email

Hi, I bought this game back in September 2013 and I used my work email. I no longer worked for the company and I just came back to the game, I still have access to the email but I want to change it to a different one just in case I no longer can access it. But I am unable to update to a new email no matter how many times I tried. I checked the spam/promotion tab and still have not received it, been trying for a week now. Is there a way I can update my email? Thank you.

ok these are the steps you will need to go to change your email address https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...n?cont=account
once you go there login if you still able to login and on the left hand side you will see update account information.
it will give u a options of

Update detailed information
Update password
Update e-mail address
Update security question and answer
Cancel Square Enix Account

check mark with orb for email and then you can update it solved
