This is just a PSA to all those desiring to tank (as WAR or DRK). Level your GLD and get Provoke. Do it now. You will not be taken seriously if you do not have it and will be ineffective for serious content. You may get by in dungeons, but that will be it. The main reason is tank swapping mechanics.

Man, yeah, all those Warriors that only took Paladin up to level 15 to unlock the job set a huge precedent for folks not cross classing provoke.

Thats why i leveled pld to 50 and am trying to level maurader to at 26-30 range for Mercy Stroke at least

I just finished busting my balls to get PLD to 34 for Awareness as it is, now I should ideally have all the cross-class skills ready for me to try out DRK and hopefully not be totally inept at it...

...Then again I'm also curious about WHM all of a sudden and I don't know if I want to expose to myself to all the lolDRKs in the future, was bad enough that the first dungeon I did had a GLA that was so bad the BLM offered to do the tanking instead.

So with early access coming Friday....where does one go to get the Dark Knight job? Anyone know?

I believe its in the new zone but not sure where exactly.

It's been said numerous times the 3 new job guilds are in Ishgard. In fact, the patch notes even show the location.
