Since 1.19 and company recruitment is indeed linked as many people have said, as well as the event starting on the 22cnd... patch day does seem likely to coincide with this^^ Would be a great surprise imo... most of us expecting very end of sept or beginning of oct with a probable pushback for 1.19. For once we may get a patch early
