I personally expect the forums to slightly blow up in activity soon after due to the live but it all depends on what is actually shown. :x

i am assuming it will be the full release of the patch notes at that time as the forum maintenance ends at 2 am pdt on the 18th and the game maintenance starts at 2 am pdt 18th this way people cant exploit markets

That makes a lot of sense honestly. I do look forward to the patch notes, the prelim reading is actually tomorrow so I'm hyped about that too! Assuming it'll be posted on NA lodey too.
