Im asking if i have Hw will i get eXP from 2.0 content?

and 2nd is 3.1 expected 3 months after june 23rd or sooner?

you can get xp from anything, except lv 50 dungeons, until maybe later.
big patches usually come 3 months between each other, give or take a few days/a week.

3.1 is expected 1 month after the expansion(same time alex savage comes out), and exp would likely work as it always has, so you would gain exp from everything.

maybe a sub patch like 3.01, but 1 month after 3.0 would be too early for a 3.1

Its 3 months always not 1. The patch that is coming with savage alexander is 3.05
