90% of the players that jump ship are tanks imo... sure a few times its dps, but mainly tanks for me. I've seen players jump ship the minute it says there's a player new to the instance, or after one wipe. In fact the other day doing GEX, everything was going well. .. and at the end with garuda at 10% life everyone wiped.... in a blink of an eye half the group left. And that was just on the first pull.... lol

Sorry but 90% is a huge exaggeration. I see healers bail just as frequently as tanks and I see DPS bail even more often, which makes sense because there's more of them in any given party. I stay long enough to get a feel for whether or not the group has the capability to complete the content. If people know the fight and are just making a few mistakes, I'll stay. If the party's full of people that don't have the slightest inkling of what's going on and are basically hoping for a carry, I'll still give it a few tries before initiating a vote abandon. If the vote doesn't go through and I feel like I'll waste more time in a hopeless fight than I will by leaving, then I'll just eat the 30 minute penalty.
