Last time they did live reading, or maybe the first time they did it, the patch notes came out like 10-20 minutes before the broadcast started so odds are that will happen. Patch note reading just seems to be a fun little interactive thing for yoshi and foxclon to do to interact with the community and pump up the hype of the upcoming expansion/patch.
