Heavensward (Preliminary) Patch Note Reading
Yoshida and Foxclon will be reading over the preliminary patch notes for Heavensward!

Based on this, and on history, I was wondering when can we realistically expect the patch notes, because I won't be up and awake at 2am Wednesday morning? Do the patch notes usually come out at the same time as the live reading or is it likely to be earlier? If so, when? Today? Early tomorrow? Any speculation or informed guesses?
