...or just remove it.

Seriously, it's gotta be the clunkiest, most cumbersome part of the whole game to use. And it should be the simplest and the fastest.

It takes way too long to load - if it loads at all, because more often than not, it fails to display any sort of information, and then it's switching tabs back and forth to get it to load, quite often for like half a minute straight. Might not seem too much, but when there's half a dozen or so RMTs to report in just a few hours, it's extremely annoying. The Recent Replies & Notices mostly fails to load even if the Recent Topics and FAQ parts do. In fact, the History page itself fails to load at all, saying "no information to display" or whatever, way too often. Even when the new reply notification is blinking on my screen.

By the way new reply notifications. A "mark all as read" or even "delete this issue" button would be a welcome addition. Because clearing those notifications is a massive headache. Never mind the fact that for some reason the thing can show up on the screen, that god-awful long text, in the middle of any dungeon or even cutscene - would like to be able to disable this, it makes no more sense than /tells, which are not allowed in dungeons. But the way I open the reply, close the issue, click ok on closing the issue, click ok on issue closed, close the message itself if the window is not closed - and the damn thing appears again minutes later?? Some suggested clicking reply, just to open a new message window, and just closing that, and then closing the issue. Lately, not even that works. The "new" message notification on the latest reply I get? I'm just trying to get rid of it for the seventh time. And I'm wondering if it's gonna come back for the 8th.

It's simply baffling that such a core part of a game as the Support Desk is so bloody broken, especially when it has (should have) to be used to report bots and RMTs on an hourly basis. Or even more often. I do hope HW's gonna bring some changes to it, because if not, it definitely needs to be made a top priority for 3.1.
