Ps4 store heavensward digital collectors edition didn't give me code

I purchased the digital collectors for heavensward for ps4 the day after it was released on PSN. I got an email from playstation alerting me to the funds withdrawn and got a confirmation email from the ps store with a confirming code, but that's it. I didn't receive another email from SE or anywhere with the early access code or anything. The code I received is simply a PS confirmation and does not work when I just tried to put in code to make sure my account would get early access and all the pre order bonus and everything I paid for essentially. I am at a loss as to what to do here. Because I bought on PS4 store will it automatically do it since it's essentially linked through the system? I can't find any posts related to the ps version of this issue only pc. Please help me!

On the PS4 go to Settings, Account Management, Account Information, and go down to Service List, click on FFxiv and you'll see all heavensward items you have unlocked if you have bought them. Hope this Helps
