Error 601 payment of subscription

Hi I recently Tryed paying my account and received a error code 601 I contacted my bank and there is no issue with outgoing payments .
Just wondering if we can resolve this problem before heavensward please

you can try adding crystals to your account and keep payment that way since my bank has issues with making payments with company is located global sometimes the transaction can be blocked but putting ur subs cost in crystals and changing payment style to crystals is more easy since u can stack the crystals and if u have to pause ur game time and come back later and u do not have the money but crystals u can reactive your account that way
