    NPC Area of Effect abilities

    It doesn't matter what enemy it is. They all do the same thing.

    The ground gets highlighted with a glowing cone or circle (depending on ability) and I move out of it as quickly as possible.

    It doesn't matter if I take my time, move quickly, or simply stand there. I STILL get hit. Even if I'm completely out of it 2 seconds before the spell goes off, I'm still hit with it. There's no point in moving. The only way I don't get hit is if I wasn't standing in it to begin with.

    If the glowing effect is right next to me and I'm not actually standing there, the spell won't hit me. It's only if I was standing in it to begin with.

    Moving out of these things only works if you KEEP GOING, but then my target resets because I ran too far and reset combat.

    This is connection issues, not a bug in the game itself.
