Mid-Core-Static lf DPS

Heya, we are a LS-Static looking for two dps (except Brd and Blm), we are planning to go 3 to 4 days a 3-4h a week during progression in Heavensward, and are doing Savage on the side until Heavensward if we are complete again. Something about us (I guess?) and what we want:
-T13 on farm, preferably before echo.
-During progression aim is to raid 3-4 times a week for 2-4 hours per raid.
-We are not hardcore but we are serious. We expect steady and good progression for the time put in. Do not expect server firsts, seconds or thirds but we should expect fairly early progress on all content.
-TS usage, talking and listening, as well as good english is non-negotiable.
-If you decide to start the trial you are expected to be serious about it, keeping agreements, being on-time, not trialing for anyone else and if you should change your mind about the trial let us know fast and not after wasting 1-3 weeks of yours and our time
-Patience during progression, we are a group and it is group performance and group-dps that matters, in some fights or periods one or another may be underperforming but as long as they do enough for the group as a whole replacement is not an op
