    I don't understand what you're suggesting. Are you saying that to reduce the amount of gillsellers SE should drop the cost of housing? Then all the houses would be bought up and then they'd just get sold on the secondary market. How would that help anything?

    Where he's from, it's a logical argument. Masamune has no real way to make money and their housing prices are pegged at the highest, so anyone thinking of buying a house probably seriously considers those prices they advertise. I think the only way to make Masamune's housing market better would be to re-categorize it, but if that was as simple as it sounds it would've been done already.

    It's not the pop. Masamune has some people who are super super rich that don't participate in the economy. Honestly, they might not even play anymore, it's a legacy server. So, the housing prices are much higher than the rest of the population can possibly afford.
