AST one is really pretty and Aero 3 looks really powerful but I wish we had the other naming conventions for spells...such as Aeroga >.<
Current Raise is about 22% of base mp (798mp out of my 3630mp BASE).
It seems the blue-ish is also a Raise sooo
2652mp, being a 22% equals to about 12054 mp so it works nicely with the 11k BLM mp.
Medica being about 10,25% of base mp.
I cant see what the lower mp cost would be but the upper greenish seems to be 1329mp
going with the same formula, it ends up being approx 12965 mp so with a bit of variance between the 2 jobs, it seems to fit the mold.

Actually those numbers aren't that strange. If you take a look at the Black Mage gameplay preview we get to see what their MP costs are like when idle at level 60. They are slightly more than triple the cost compared to level 50. The most expensive one for Astrologian is probably Ascend.
Also I have a sneaky suspicion that the actions on these hotbars are displayed in the order they are learned.

OMG what's with people panicking over the AST MP costs? :/
It's pretty easy to understand- MP costs scale with level. I assure you Raise didn't cost 700+ when we first picked it up, as it does now.
We've already seen a BLM at 60 with like 11k MP- it is not far-fetched to imagine healers could have MP pools of 13k-ish at 60.
As such- raise abilities will likely be over 2k MP in cost, as seen here- and AOE healing spells would be over 1k (as seen). SCH and WHM will have the same costs for Raise, Resurrection, Medica, Succor, etc.
