Do you have physics on? I turned them off because part of the back of the inner fabric would clip through the back of the robe and a little red splotch bugged me THAT much =P It also helps with the weirdo warping issues you get when you sit/stand.

I know it's not a permanent solution but it's worth a try if you haven't tried it yet.
