    Not able to infuse anymore materia even though I have the correct tier T_T

    They cap out after so many infusions and have different caps for different types and tiers. Once you cap a tier you have to move to the next higher tier to keep increasing that stat until you reach the final cap. Which materia/tier is it and how many are already melded?

    I'm at battle dance materia II with only 6 parry but I also have the next tier in inventory III, IV. I'm At 18 acc 16 det and 6parry (sword)atm with 40/53 on scroll

    6 parry on the sword? If that is what you are working on, you need one more tier 1 to hit the 7 point cap and then you can start adding tier 2. That is, provided the sword and shield are melded separately (haven't done them myself). Check the breakdown of the melds in that chart I linked to earlier to see just where you are in the progression.
