Allowed or not, they've called my cell a few times.Telemarketers, honestly. They've been around for decades. And instead of dying out they've moved to text harassing and pushing legislators in the US to allow them to call cell numbers. I really wouldn't be surprised if some of the initial gil sellers back in the day got the idea from a company that used telemarketing.
Never gotten text messages. Filing legal complaints after refusing to cease when asked to keeps them to a minimum though.
