    SE online store: wrong email address

    As the title says, the online store has the wrong email address for my account and I am unable to change it apparently. When I pre-ordered it in March, I used an email address that was linked to my current ISP. However, we recently changed ISP's and they shutoff the email with little to no grace period. Of course I forgot to change my email with the store until after it was shut off.

    I opened a ticket with the online store and was told that the only way I can update my email address is if they received an email from what was currently registered (the one I can no longer access).

    My concern is will I need access to that email to complete the order? How do digital copies work? Do I get a product key after that I have to enter to continue playing after early access? If so can I access that code on the store or is it only sent to you by email?

    The support member told me the best thing to do was to cancel the order and replace it. My concern about this is that I already redeemed both the pre-order code and early access code on my account. How will this effect it?

    I've opened another ticket with the online store yesterday and still no response.

    Any suggestions?
