I can't tell if it's been said, yet, but:
Entity collision detection:
We'd catch slightly before passing through other characters or monsters.
I really miss that; 'can see how some found it annoying but for me it was the best solution I've yet seen to the choice between 'annoyingly unrealistic ghosting' and 'aggravatingly getting stuck behind impassable characters'. Well, aside from Ragnarok Online, which would push you out of a tile occupied by another entity, but that hardly works in a game that doesn't use tile-based movement.
One of the very first in a long line of features the dev's have hacked out that while they were in the game made me think, 'Oh, that's a nice touch.'
